A “top”-like carrier bag

It is the most price moderate variant among carrier bags with handles. The colour of polyethylene film can be matched according to customer’s desire. These are usually produced from high pressure polyethylene (“rustling” polyethylene) with thickness of 12 to 30 mcm. Weight-carrying capacity varies from 3 to 30 kg (is determined by water filling). Sizes (without taking folds into account) vary from 20*40cm to 44*70cm. Inserting folds with sizes from 10 to 22cm in spread ensures high storage capacity of the bag. The limitation of colours on a bag like “top” is 6 ones.
Function: Such carrier bags are mostly often used by trade and industrial companies when carrier bags are constantly needed. The manufacturing process of these bags can be described as the most simple. At the same time their “period of life” is the shortest among other carrier bags. They have the lowest price for a production unit (one bag). The principle of their service can be described as the one of single-mission carrier bags – to carry to home or up to a car. After the first usage they traditionally start serving as refuse sacks. Owing to simplified technology of manufacturing, complicated printing (due to the number of colours and their combination) is applied with a big difficulty and high risks. Such carrier bags usually have one-side imprinting.

This item can be divided into 3 types depending on the kind of polyethylene. The colour of the film can be chosen to the customer’s desire.
• High pressure polyethylene (HPP)
Description:Spending a reasonable sum of money you get the most beautiful and presentable carrier bag. Smooth and tight polyethylene ensures an ideal appearance. The volume of such a carrier bag is visibly increased by inserting a bottom fold. The process of hardening the handles with special backs (“flag”) affords to lift cargo weighing from 7 up to 25 kg.. Thickness: from 50 to 100 mcm. (these carrier bags can be produces either with a bottom fold or without it according to customer's desire). Sizes vary from 20*20 cm to 80*80 cm. The possibilities of colour imprinting are very high. Function: Such a carrier bag will serve as an excellent support during an exhibition or a presentation of any level. They are used as well by trade companies in advertising when there is so constant necessity in everyday usage.

• Low pressure polyethylene (LPP)
Description: Weight-carrying capacity of such bags is higher compared to other types of carrier bags. Thickness: from 40 to 100 mcm. Weight-carrying capacity is from 3 up to 30 kg (is determined by water filling). Sizes vary from 20*20 cm to 80*80 cm For carrier bags with thickness less than 30 mcm full-colour printing has certain limitations. Function: These are used not only by trade and industrial companies as a kind of advertising package but by manufacturers as well for packing their own products.

• Medium pressure polyethylene (MPP)
Description: Raw material mixture ensures tightness and presentable appearance of HPP while the presence of slight “rustling” makes your carrier bag quite original; moreover, weight-carrying capacity of such a bag appreciably increases. Function: The same as of carrier bags made from HPP. This is the most popular variant among customers for the recent time.

A carrier bag with a cut-through non-hardened handle (“banana”)

Description: Relatively inexpensive variant. The main difference from carrier bags like “rider” is that the handles don’t have hardening backs. Thickness: from 40*140 mcm. Weight-carrying capacity is from 1 to 10 kilos (is determined by water filling). Sizes vary from 20*20 cm to 80*80 cm. As desired by the Customer a side or bottom fold can be made.LPP, HPP, MPP can be applied.
Function: The variant is mostly reasonable in the absence of necessity in high weight-carrying capacity.

Packing plastic bags

Description: Packing bags are those of right-angled shape without handles. The colour of the film can be possibly chosen by the Customer to his desire. Manufacturing from high and low pressure polyethylene is possible. Adding a bottom fold as well as a valve (a bag can be closed from above as an envelope) is also possible.
For low pressure polyethylene: Sizes are from 10*10 to 80*120, thickness is from 12 to 80 mcm. Weight-carrying capacity is from 1 to 25 kg.
For high pressure polyethylene: Sizes are from 10*10 cm to 80*120 cm, thickness is from 40 to 140 mcm. Weigh-carrying capacity s from 0,5 to 15 kg. Limitation of colours is 6 ones.
Function: These are used by manufacturing companies for packaging of their own products.

Sleeve

HPP sleeve
Description: Is produced from high pressure polyethylene either with printing or without it. The colour of the film can be chosen to customer’s desire. Inserting of side folds is possible. Density varies from 40 to 140 mcm. Width is from 8 cm (with thickness of 100 mcm) to 80 cm (with thickness of 40 mcm).
Function: Is used during package manufacturing.

LPP sleeve
Description: Is produced from low pressure polyethylene either with printing or without it. The colour of the film can be chosed to customer’s desire. Inserting of side folds is also possible. Density varies from 12 mcm to 150 mcm. Width of the sleeve is from 15 cm to 80 cm.
Function: Is used for package manufacturing.

Manufacturing of a sleeve from MPP is also possible. Technological characteristics are the same as for LPP.

Half-sleeve

A HPP, LPP, MPP half-sleeve is the same as a HPP, LPP, MPP sleeve but is open from one side

Shrinkable film

1. Shrinkable film.
Description: Is produced either with printing or without it in the form of a sleeve, a half-sleeve, or a cancas. The colour of the film is possibly chosen according to customer’s desire. The material is HPP.
2. Density varies from 30 mcm to 120 mcm. Width of a sleeve with printing is from 8 cm to 80 cm. Width of a sleeve without printing is from 8 cm to 88 cm. Coefficient of crosscut shrinkage is 40%, of longitudial shrinkage is 60%.
3. Function: Shrinkable film is widely used for packaging of different goods as well as in woodworking industry.
